Pencil drawings done for Inktober 2020 textured and converted to digital format.
Inspired by the artwork on Voodoo Ranger IPA beer cans as well as works by Christian Watson of 1924us, I utilized the Inktober challenge in 2020 to do a study on how to draw skeletons. If you are unfamiliar with Inktober, the challenge is to draw something every day of October based on the one-word prompt. Although the challenge is to draw something in ink (hence the name) my sketches were simply done in pencil. I digitized some of my favorites, taking the opportunity on some to explore new halftone textures from True Grit Texture Supply.
